Mr Pinnick's vision is to develop Brownhill into a leading company in Nigeria. Brownhill is a privately held company he founded in 2001.
After recognising the opportunity gap for such companies in Nigeria, he initiated this venture as a solution and has since partnered with major firms around the world to ensure they share his passion for energy and work towards business solutions that improve the Nigerian economy and better the lives of Nigerians.
He is also a practical philanthropist and a benevolent giver.

Julie Onyemaechi Pinnick
A computer science graduate of Lagos State University and a member of various company boards, including Jcleaning Services.
Jcleaning Services disrupted the industrial cleaning space in the country at its inception with innovative, top-notch products and services.
She is the current managing director of Brownhill Coliseum (formerly Brownhill Events Centre), arguably the best one-stop event centre in Nigeria, and is reputed for a rare administrative and innovative management style.

Ologbaraete (Ete) Pinnick
Over two decades of experience in FMCG and supply chain. A people coach, passionate about building talent, team engagement and cultural transformation.
He was senior supply chain director for sub-Saharan Africa at Mondelez International, and held execution roles at Unilever as global supply chain programme director, supply chain director in Nigeria, and supply chain director in East & Southern Africa.
He was an executive director on the Unilever board from 2011 to 2017, and executive director of Mondelez Ghana from 2020 to 2022. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
Amaju Bobby Ayomike
A 1992 accounting graduate of the University of Benin, responsible for developing and executing the company's business strategies.
He provides strategic advice to the board and chairperson, and is a seasoned technocrat with over 26 years of corporate experience in downstream oil and gas with Mobil Oil Nigeria PLC, an ExxonMobil subsidiary.
Bemigho Wagbatsoma
An economics and statistics graduate with a master's degree in energy and petroleum economics — a strategic planner and business analyst.
Over the years he has helped the company grow by successfully implementing and managing various business ventures. As COO he provides strategic input into all significant decision-making and is responsible for day-to-day operations.
He is a seasoned economist with over eighteen years of experience covering organisational transformation, from strategy development and planning to process reengineering and cultural transformation.
Deji Olagboye
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
He holds a postgraduate certification in international business and an MSc in Accounting and Finance, both from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom.
Deji worked for over fifteen years in various capacities in the Nigerian financial services industry and is currently a management and financial consultant.
Mcdonald Wagbatsoma
A 1990 geology graduate of the University of Benin with a master's degree in applied petroleum geology.
Mcdonald has 28 years of experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, including high-profile deep water wells for Statoil and Chevron.
Completed work includes geological fieldwork on hydrogeophysics and borehole completion, detailed description and petrographic analysis of conventional cores, and mudlogging and geologic data analysis of over 1,000 wells in the Niger Delta Basin.
